So you're out of ice cream, but you don't want to leave the house... don't worry. With this super easy ice cream recipe you may never buy ice cream from the grocery store again!

1. Gather Ingredients

For this recipe you'll need:
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Optional -
Waffle cones, sprinkles, and other toppings that you love to add to your ice cream!
2. How to Make it

Once you have all the ingredients measured out, its time to blend! Add all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until they are all combined. Be careful not to over mix!

Now that the ice cream base is ready, pour it into a freezer safe container and put it in the freezer for a few hours. I would recommend putting it in a non-stick bread loaf tin. This makes it super easy to scoop out when you're ready to eat.

After freezing for a few hours you can pull it out and scoop it just like store bought ice cream! It really is that easy. This recipe is great for people that can't have eggs! The combination of the condensed milk and heavy cream makes this super creamy, which is why there is no need for adding egg or an ice cream churn machine.
3. Other Flavor Possibilities
If vanilla alone just doesn't hit the spot for you, here are some more flavor options that you can implement into your homemade ice cream!
- Adding in some frozen fruit could give it a sweet twist! You could add strawberries, a berry mix, or mango.
- Any coffee lovers? Add in some instant coffee grounds for a frozen version of your favorite drink.
- Chocolate ice cream is always a classic. Mix in cocoa powder and some (or a lot) of chocolate chips to help out your sweet tooth.
